Steadfast in driving advancements across the renewables industry, he’s built an expansive network–establishing relations with key stakeholders and tactical partners, monitoring the volatility of environmental commodity markets, and diversifying our portfolio to better serve our customers. But, that’s just half of it. Outside of work, Mike is a dedicated supporter of anything sports-related, especially wrestling. Fueled by the experience, he has also run a marathon and is in continual pursuit of new, fast cars to trial.

When he’s not guiding our customers through the sustainable energy realm, he can be found cheering on his kids at the soccer field or exploring the outdoors–camping, canoeing, and fishing–with his wife and two teenagers.

As an agile mentor, she guides her team through internal and external reporting, customer accruals, and portfolio expansions. Pairing passion with focus, Sarah translates business ideas into tangible plans, complete with tactical support. With an evolving travel bucket list, Italy and Thailand rank among her favorites with Europe, the Caribbean, and Machu Picchu on her list of pending adventures. For two years, she’s volunteered with the Harbor House on their finance oversite committee and as a Treasurer board member, helping carry out their vision to end domestic violence.

Since our inception, he’s driven our compressed natural gas (CNG) and renewable natural gas (RNG) businesses forward–strategically identifying new opportunities for fleets, RNG suppliers, and sustainable organizations. Equipped with regulatory knowledge and an extensive background working with acquisitions, development, and maintenance of CNG and RNG projects, Bryan’s resourcefulness and resilience accelerates new project ventures. In between surveying the market for new development and off-take opportunities, he is an outdoor aficionado with hobbies for every season inclusive of hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, boating, and everything in between.

Known for his customer-first mindset, Randy’s depth of technical knowledge creates additive value for fleets by fast-tracking their sustainability initiatives. Our customers aren’t the only ones he helps: Over the past four years, Randy’s completed four mission trips in Nicaragua, Haiti, and Peru building homes, churches, and feeding centers. In between trips, he’s driven over 40,000 miles on his Harley, attending over 20 rallies along the way.
